Here you can enter participants, without them being already saved by the system. Hence, all entry fields work as free text fields.
To save the entered names with this particular booking you need to click on "Add". Then, an additional row containing the entered participant will be shown. To delete this person, simply click on "Delete". If you completed all your entries and do not wish to either order service or equipment or allocate costs, you can now click on "Create Booking". Only by finishing your booking the entered equipment will be added to your booking. This is necessary to have the participants added to your booking. Afterwards, you will get a Booking Confirmation displayed.
