Using the extended booking search enables you to search either for specific bookings or to have a list created according to your entered searching criteria.
Within the entry fields "First Name" and "Surname" entering the first letters of a name will be sufficient. A click on the links "Organizer" or "User" will provide you with a list of all names that start with the entered lettters. Another possibility is to either enter first name or surname.
Regarding search field "Organizer": The function "Name Search" will only provide names that have been entered previously by the administrator under the menu "User Maintenance". If you for example cannot find a Mr Jones via "Name Search", it might still be possible that bookings exist whose organizer Mr Jones is because names can also be entered in a free text field when creating a booking.
Click on the booking number of the displayed bookings to have a detailed view displayed.
