A list of available rooms will be displayed after you have clicked on the link "Show Free Rooms". Only those rooms will be displayed that match your previously given search criteria.

Click on the room's name to get more details about the room.

If in this list a column called "Confirmation Required" appears, there will be at least one room in your system that cannot be booked directly, but requires the admin's confirmation first. It cannot be guaranteed that you will get a room if "Admin" is written in this column because a booking of such a room requires confirmation. However, if "non-restrictive" is written in this column you can directly book the room. For more information see Direct Booking.

If no free rooms are displayed, try and change your search criteria made without limiting it for example to a specific room type or building. You can also try and change the number of participants slightly. There might be a room available whose capacity is a little higher / lower than the one you entered.

In any case you need to adapt your entries on the previous page. You will get to this one if you click at the bottom of the page "Available rooms on the selected date" on the link "Back". Your previously made entries will still be there. You can also click on "Create Booking", but you will not be able to see your previous search criteria.

There might be the entry "Compound Room" displayed in the column "Location". This indicates that the room is not necessarily located in only one building. If it is a "virtual room", it can be made up of areas belonging to different buildings. For more information please see Compound Rooms.

If you click on the text "compound room", you will get the details of this room. There you can also view, which areas this room is made up of.
